Rosa

Rosa Gomez has worked for underrepresented and low-income non-citizens for years. As the daughter of low-income Mexican immigrant parents, Rosa is dedicated to providing legal services to immigrants.

Prior to founding Gomez & Douat LLP, Rosa was a staff attorney at International Institute of the Bay Area and an immigrant youth outreach attorney at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto.

Rosa graduated from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University. During law school, Rosa interned with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office and Legal Services for Prisoners with Children, served as a volunteer attorney with the San Francisco Bar Association’s Family Law Project and served as the Immigrants’ Rights Fellow at the International Institute of the Bay Area.

Rosa serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Social Justice Collaborative and is the Secretary of the Board for Puente De La Costa Sur.
